Okinawa Stray Pet Rescue is an American IRS-recognized 501c3 Nonprofit Organization registered to operate on Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa, Japan. Okinawa Stray Pet Rescue is not affiliated with the United States Department of Defense or any of it's components.
